I laughed when I read the sentence which included "world class resource Texas Silver Mine" what a joke! Years upon years of failures by different management and different production processes and nothing works. The resource appears to be an unprofitable piece of garbage to me, every management team that attempts to make something of it can't, they all can't be that bad can they?
