I pretty sure I know why the company doesn't reply. They don't want to answer my questions. About grades, and recoveries, and why they can't use a calculator in their reports and presos to work out the cash cost.

Leaving a message to return a phone call about why they are buying a hole in the ground in Colorado where the assays are collected by bucket instead of drills isn't going to work. World class project, though. Shame the old company seems to have poisoned half the local town where they mill the stuff.
