    so 7mil for .029cents and 25mil shres issued free, as a fee for the convertible note issue. which in turn will be $1.3m divided by vwap...so maybe 50m shares at 2.5cents? 2 issues is 100m shres right?
    giving 25m shares away is a very steep price! it doesnt make sense to me
