Potentially people that held shares in this company when it was near $1-$2 but got burnt real bad by poor mismanagement of funds which has seen the share price drop to 6c and are now venting their frustration by warning others off this stock? doubtful anyone would want to get "cheap shares" for this company based off their track record.
