ESI have been very responsible wrt this watershed moment, on one hand,,,, and quite irresponsible on the other hand.
When the clarification sought in August really only sullied the waters, the ''must keep silent'' card was used and abused.
This needs to be analyzed imho by the corporate watch dogs.
