They will open at 3x the last traded price. So if the shares close the Friday at 1.5c, the will open at 4.5c. If the SP last trades at 2c, it will open at 6c. But importantly, they'll be worth exactly the same.
For the beginners out there, do yourself a favor and read more about consolidation. There is no monetary benefit to you as a shareholder. It's status quo.
