Give you one more example which can hopefully open your eyes a bit more. A hypothetical scenario... How much would wechat messaging app be worth for use in australia? Probably next to nothing as its not adopted by the population in australia. On the other hand, how much would wechat be worth for use in china? Tons! Because its used by thr mass population there.
Same app ... Same functionalities... The difference being whether they have been adopted by the mass population.

So the value of such apps is ALWAYS... The number of active users they have. Period.
