You need to just argue the point and leave out personal statements.
You are yet to admit that your way of valuing operator in comparison to whatsapp and skype based only on functionality is fundamentally flawed since you neglected marketshare which is the most important factor. Talk about this first instead of ignoring and making personal statements.
