and this opinion from insider: "If Insider were to try to read the tea leaves based on sharemarket pricing, with Alesco up 1¢ to $2.01 and Dulux 2¢ higher at $2.98, the guess would be that Alesco and its advisers ought to be worried because that response suggests there is little expectation there will be a higher offer."
