The chairman Doug Rathbone who has a large shareholding , other major shareholders , Claeris , the Malaysian's ?
The outgoing COO was only appointed in March 2018 so seems like poppy cock that he would leave for career advancement reasons …. but if he was looking to work in the U.S. anyway ….
Is this due to some bad news in the pipeline which has not hit the market through proper channels yet , dissatisfaction with the SP or Ken's performance ?
Whilst the Monaghan mushrooms , rice husk projects seem to have died a quiet death and the packaging seems to be on the backburner , it does at least look as if the Malaysian project is going pretty well .
More questions than answers . Let's see what the returning saviour can do .
