Sorry but what you have written is not correct w.r.t. the Malaysian project where Leaf and Claeris appear to be delivering well - unless there is bad news on the way .
As you well know contracts cannot be signed for the Malaysian project until the engineering project delivery methodology being used has reached that stage .
It would be nice to know why the other Glycell projects appear to have sunk without trace . Perhaps Doug Rathbone has been carrying out a post mortem on them .
