Agreed. Why would you do this if there weren’t clear indications you were going the whole way.
This appointment says to me: We have funding post EXIM approval lined up (Bacchus) and indicators are that EXIM is progressing very well.
I too would expect news sooner rather than later. Maybe my 8th Oct date is on. I hope it’s before lol.
