    For the record, as someone who tosses my covers off and on and flips my pillow all night long, anything that can help with thermal regulation would get my money.

    Hottod, I had similar sleeping problem for 25 years. Then, on the advice of a neighbour, I decided to try decaffeinated coffee. Problem has gone away. Seriously good for your health.
