Yes its going to be the SOI thats the main worry ... I'm away from a computer but it will be over 800m new shares ... so probably doubling the existing SOI.
But it's all underwritten and it's not an immediate raise so that will give us some time to decide and the company to drop some news ...
also im thinking maybe a 1 for 4 entitlement ?
But as noted it's underwritten so whether shareholders participate or not the cash will be raised.
