Maybe but I don't see what the issue is. Speculative companies run with negative equity all the time. Explorers for example, there'd be many with creative loan arrangements to support a campaign. It's just not an issue I would expect you would need to sell your soul in haste and if it is, the company should come out and say so. Am waiting for the trading halt announcement that will hopefully explain this haste.
