Skippa your right. I would go as far to say no one should participate in the capraise, and directors should be left on there own and they fund ajx with their 600,000k and they can use there own money to get Cashflow positive in the next 12 months.
Talk is cheap, the board go ajx in this mess, they have been well paid, now it's there job to get it out. Don't believe the bull that investors will be willing to invest with out the debt. If they are so keen then, why don't they pay off the debt then?
