If your theory is correct, it supports a view that they are operating in a devious and misleading manner. If your theory is correct, why not just come clean and tell the market exactly that. Unless I am mistaken, the announcement said the rights issue will be used to repay the whole debt. If they have ulterior motives, they should tell the market. Again, everyone should email Mark Wise and request a continuation of the halt until a full and honest explanation is received and they should fully detail their intentions with any or all cash raised. Heads should roll IMO. Where is the ASX now. One minute AJX tells the ASX that enough funds exist for 12 months, and two weeks later, everything gets written down to 6 cents when the stock was 17c in July. The lights are on but no one is home. I reckon I could run the business better!
