    Hey Skip.
    l think that you will find that the Debt would be paid out in full if 15.6M is raised. I however think tbat they need to offer this 6cent raise to ALL holders but l don't think for 1 nano second that they believe it would clear all thier debt.

    Like l said just my conspiracy theory. We will never know.
