    I would agree that the situation will be bleak if this rights issue is not fully taken and the debt repaid.

    Failure in this round of raise will lower the con note conversion price to 6c, which if not repaid by September 2020, the note holders will either put the company in distress, and not able to get their US$10m back, or, convert at 6c and own 43% of the company.
