I'm agreeing with Dakoda. These rights are being offered to existing shareholders. If the share price does not crash (a big IF!) and the company continues to progress on its cornerstone initiatives, we may look back on these 6c rights as the best buy of the year. If they had given these shares to instos at this price we would have something to complain about.
