Sorry OT2, not wanting to take unnecessary issue with you here as you are one of the more thoughtful and constructive posters on this forum.

However in this instance I am not sure you have considered the "offending' sentence in full:

"a significant portion of the Company's sales that were initially pursued for strategic reasons to access one of Alexium’s earlier target markets, have not been profitable".

This is quite different to saying "a significant portion of existing sales"?

We don't know the sales $ involved and will have to wait to see the impact on the Company's bottom line. But it does seem that these sales are not part of the 3 cornerstone initiatives and if their elimination improves the bottom line, then I'm all for it.
