To expand on this point - it gives me some degree of confidence that she believes she can turn this company into a success story - why else would she take on a position at a small cap company when she has a long track record of big companies like BT Financial Group, Grant Thornton, Clearview Wealth, and PEXA. In fact, if you dig deeper into her LinkedIn you can see she was on a number of companies in the ~$300M market cap range that were later acquired by big companies like NAB and ANZ bank (IWL and FlexiPlan).
