The next 4C is going to be interesting IMO due to a few things, firstly there was this statement from last 4c
Product manufacturing and operating costs of US$1.1 million include raw material purchases for
current and anticipated orders that will be shipped and invoiced in Q1 FY2020. Staff costs and
administration costs were in line with expectations and continue to stabilize
Then estimated outflows for product manufacturing of $1,745000. for this upcoming quarterly
So one doesnt really know how much of each of those figures will equate to cash receipts for this upcoming quarter, due to payment lag and unknown production needs/timelines etc of companies involved. We do know they had a July bedding Market (eg new products so increasing demand), we do know that we are now dealing with Foam which takes more of Alexiums product as per presentation stats from May shown below
Our analysis has shown that the market size for PCM on foam is significantly larger than PCM on ticking:
A. PCM on foam is in 50+% more mattresses than PCM on ticking
B. Significantly greater quantities of PCM are applied to foam
We also know from this update that
The past year has seen increased sales of Alexicool® products. While the majority of Company sales in FY 2019 were based on
textile applications to mattresses, these new revenue opportunities are based on a number of new drivers:
• Foam products utilizing Alexicool® FM
• Broader range of top-of-bed consumer goods
• Greater number of custom-designed consumer goods with multiple components using Alexicool® products
• End products for a larger range of brands
• Fast-growing demand for thermal regulation solutions
And then this classic line from BOB from this update
We are seeing rapidly growing interest in our Alexicool®
technology and its application to the bedding market.
As such I really dont know IMO what the next 4c holds, depends really on "how rapid" the interest has been in last quarter, and what payment terms are now in place. Saying that though I would defintely expect a rise in cash receipts from last 4c, but dont think it will be as big as the last quarters percentage rise. We wait
, I wonder if they will release the 4c before the webinar, as we have been having webinars with the 4cs maybe they will combine it, but thats just a random thought.
