Alexium ADRs have been trading on the US OTCQX market for some time. This is simply a change to a more influential PAL (sponsor) for that quotation. The main reason for the change appears to lie be in the statement:
"The appointment of Cowen is a further step in the wider aims of Alexium for full US domestic trading".
I take this as a clear indication of the intention to proceed with the NYSE listing.
