Fair price at the moment is in the 30-40c area based on the potential FRACU contract
This may change come Feb 2015 when some other contracts get announced, which will provide a realistic idea of actual revenue the company may have over the next few years.
I feel it's the price has run bit high on speculation, but such is the game of speculative stocks.
