No contract would ever be prepared by the public relations department. Lawyers do this, and no, they will not make these types of errors.
I do love the fact that the only thing we can complain about is the fact that day to day ASX releases, that regularly tell us how well our company is progressing, may have a spelling error. I hope in 12 months time we are still bitching at Nick that a company with a $1B market value should not be getting where mixed up with we're.
