There is not much mass in a uniform to take heat to ,

From high school if I remember there is only three ways to transfer heat , convection conduction and radiation , it can not be radiation ie through the air .


via conduction and convection (and convection would need some form of fluid heat transfer that seems expensive and complex for a textile , which leaves transfer of heat by conduction , which is by a conductor , most conductors are metals , I am guessing this is some type of aluminium fibre that is conduction the heat , copper fibre would be very expensive , maybe it could transfer the heat to a back pack for infantry ?
If there is a patent pending as announced would be nice to see the patent filing .
