For all those other presumptuous posters, my post has nothing to do with the share price, I was raising these exact concerns when the share price was over a dollar.

Management and directors pay themselves as if they are managing an established multi-billion dollar company, continue to dilute shareholders unnecessarily, and in my opinion show at a minimum carelessness, and at the extreme intentional, distribution of sensitive information before informing the market. There has been a definite pattern before price-sensitive information releases for a substantial time now. They have also over-promised and under-delivered in a major way with huge timeline delays, which would be fair enough, but then they expect shareholders to continue to print huge performance bonuses, that is extremely distasteful behaviour.
