I guess you can times 2 that for initial issue uniforms - hopefully.

Although this ann. didn't get my BP up at all ----------- I could be wrong, but, I feel that hiding in this ann. is the meaning that if the Marines are at this stage - then, the Army is well advanced on this timing wise.

Just going on timing of contacts, dinners with Generals and the like.

And, of course - the Army is far bigger.

At a guess, IMO the Army will be close.
