The later statement you quote is slightly contradictory. Unless it's the - common in anns - slightly fudge with poor expression and leave open different interpretation.
"Share is" meaning "share is estimated to be" is consistent headline 1 and 2.
But hey, 50 people on HC now think the contract announced was worth $5m. But how do you explain headline points 1 and 2 then?
As I've said, the company can clarify.
