This says we're supplying one of the largest global mattress ticking producers, in return that producer supplies "most of the major mattress manufacturers in the U.S. and abroad with the woven fabrics used for mattress covers."

We have one client in this deal, they then sell our product incorporated in their finished product to a lot of other mattress makers.

There you have the clarification from the company. The deal is not $5m it just "opens up a market" worth $5m.
