Do some research into the management of this company, take a look at who is on the payroll. Take a look at their previous promises and measure them against what they have actually delivered.
10 plus years knowledge in relation to this on my part is hardly jumping the gun.
The only thing I have found them to deliver is wages to themselves (and family) and pain to shareholders.
Edit: And they have a leaky boat judging on the increase in share price the day before this price sensitive announcement!
