Am I confused or are you saying that they require different equipment to make biofuels compared to supplements?
They use the same technology, the same equipment, the only difference is the species of algae. Growing the right one for each requirement is what's important.
As for the pre election valuations they have always excluded the price on carbon.. This isn't some secret.
