You keep on saying EPE 40 c, 35 c and it continues to go lower and lower. I first bought it at 39.5 c and then again at 25.5 c, averaging it down to 32.5 c. Not sure how long I am going to hold on. Do U have any rational basis for your optimism or is it just speculation?
