    APRA did not do that. APRA approved a “restricted” Authorized deposit taking institution license in actual fact.

    Given Australian Gov’t announced abolition of “skilled” visas today and an Immigration Review post Sunday’s 60 Minutes program, that timing is interesting for a migrant banking proposal like that of NOV’s.
