It is not what you think it is. This APRA has granted a restricted Authorised deposit taking institutional license, that is not a full banking license down in Australia. NOV fell quite substantially from the jump in early trade, so I think the market might be starting to realize the restricted nature of what has been granted.
The closing tick as well as weight in orders left on market (that must be GTC?) may indicate a continuing trend to the market’s intraday trades. Immigration visas newsflow may have impacted NOV thru the day if you do not buy the more and deeper review of information explanation. We will see tomorrow.
