A40 issued GXY shares for the equity placement on the 31/5/2019
It kept them afloat.
73 days later the company went into a trading hold and was never to trade again.
Poor due diligence by GXY BOD.
As for the A40 board?
Mark Calderwood should be bull whipped to within an inch of his life.
Note: SH joined GXY 1-7-2019 so no part in the initial A40 debacle.
