Your motivations as an A40 holder are clearly on display@newB. Obviously you wanted GXY to acquire A40 in order to bail you out of your investment. It didn't play out how you'd hoped, and how @Haplo had professed. Now you're angry, which is understandable.
Bottom line, the GXY BOD have conducted extensive due diligence and decided it isn't worth it. GXY doesn't exist for the sole purpose of bailing out A40 and at some point, enough is enough.
