The statement that 'if approved, shareholders of Alkane will have the same proportional ownership in both Alkane and ASM, with the exception of Ineligible Foreign Shareholders (refer to the upcoming Demerger Booklet for details relating to investors with registered addresses outside of Australia and New Zealand)' concerns me..
I'm domiciled in the UK. Does anyone have any knowledge from precedence on whether this affects all foreign shareholders or might just apply to US investors who seem to have some onerous restrictions?
Any insights will be appreciated. I'll drop a line to investor relations also.
