I agree. I am a little disappointed. It was always said there would be no capital raise unless the shares were well north of 30 cents. In theory it is non dilutive to share holders if they participate, but not all can afford to participate. I think I would have preferred to wait and have Alkane accumulate some more cash from Tomingly and perhaps a small loan than a capital raise at this point. I am happy to be patient rather than be potentially diluted.
