I had a CR offer to buy shares in a company that was trading at 50c. The offer price was at about the 50c mark also, so no enthusiasm there and I threw the offer documents away. Well the company shares DOUBLED over the previous day's announcement and it was rubbish bin collection that morning. I got the recycle bin and turfed it upside down to find those papers and I was able to participate.
The moral is it doesn't matter what's going on now so much but all shareholder have an opportunity to buy shares at 20c until the closing date. Put the papers away safety I'm not sweating till closer to day to subscribe!
