The big obstruction to us getting financing was the lack of transparency from the offtakers to satisfy the lending institutions that we were dealing with. Graphex alone is probably almost enough to get us over the line but with this latest announcement, whatever or whomever will be our stage one financier will have found this latest offtaker to satisfy its lending criteria otherwise Prashant would have knocked them on the head himself. When he did his latest interview last month, he knew this latest agreement was almost done and importantly to the satisfaction of Mr stage one and probably Mr stage two lender. That's why he said there will be an announcement regarding the financing before mid June because he knows exactly how things are proceeding behind closed doors.
