It’s the country with the largest export in this area, from which the rest of the world wants to become independent and one company suddenly imports a quantity that is twice the country's total for 2021. There is next to nothing to be found about Baixing and the deal was handled relatively unspectacular, but in view of the 90,000 t/a it is certainly anything but ordinary.
