Because everything has taken longer than everyone expected many here cannot work out what is a very good announcement. Funding was always going to be reliant on Volt getting their binding agreements in place. They have illustrated what we all knew, and that is, that Volt's graphite will be in demand. That is when finally the doors to arrange the necessary funding are opened for discussion. Volt has now reached a very exciting period in their quest to become a graphite producer in Tanzania.
Todays announcement is just further confirmation that slowly the pieces are coming together .
