If we cant even get NTA why sell?

This is a reflection of the directors that they cannot even get what AVJ paid for the assets. Most of it is real estate that has been held for a substantial amount of time and should have accrued substantial gains. If the directors felt it was a good idea to sell to this company, why dont they take the time to sell off the assets themselves and actually realise the profits for the shareholders.
