BMCG approved backups funds to complete construction
Jinpeng OFFERED to be paid in shares to complete construction
TNR has agreed to defer most of the payments until after construction
Directors and Shareholders have loaned enough to cover the next couple of months to continue construction
4 loan offers are currently being assessed for complete funding to complete construction.
No one has been forced into anything it negotiating.
