Hi Stirer,

At what point do you this the ASX should ask WKT why they haven't issued the commitment share to BMCG?

The announcements stated

The Company will issue the Investor 6,708,472 shares as a commitment fee for the Commitment.
and;
The Company will make an initial issuance of 3,472,000 shares to the Investor in the coming days, with a further
issuance of 21,328,000 shares at the time of the first drawdown on the Commitment by the Company.

It has now been 8 days since the ASX announcement with no shares issued to BMCG.
How many more days will it take for investors to start thinking something has gone wrong with the agreement?

I still question the liquidity of WKT shares, we are already back down to 550k shares traded on the ASX. which isn't a huge amount considering the commitment shares alone is worth $737k and then we have the additional shares of $380k = $1.1mil paid to BMCG in shares.

Is that correct?
