    Actually, The point I raised is ..........Are those fiscal assumptions which may include any number of arrangements which could be quite onerous to WKT .... are they yet to be agreed upon.? You state that WKT dont have to worry about a F.A. to export, but why would they let you export anything without having the "Fiscal arrangements" in order.
