oh dear Spid, please read the announcement. Jinpeng don’t need all the funds locked in, they will be issued shares at 11c to the total of US$4.4m to pay for all construction and commissioning costs. All that is required is it to be approved by shareholders. Can you give an example of when shareholders have not voted for an agreement management have made. It would be very unlikely imo that shareholders would not approve this, this is a deal that completes construction.
