Have you read the announcement?
It says all items are in storage, and they will be shipped "Shortly" we know from the shipment which left in Mid Jan these prefabricated steel structures have already taken ~2 months and they are yet to arrive at the mine site.
As I have said, You have claimed the BMCG deal was used to get agreements with Jinpeng and TNR, I have highlighted my view these deals still have conditions and I suspect Jinpeng's preference will be to be paid in cash rather than in shares. (i.e the Share issue to Jinpeng is a back up plan)
